The theme for Seniors Week at Diamond Valley and Eltham Libraries.
"Strengthen through exercise" will be presented by Pam Fallon at Diamond Valley Library on Tuesday 3rd October, 10.30-11.30am.
Give-aways, free passes and discount vouchers and light refreshments.
"Confident Living for Older Victorians", will be presented by Crime Prevention Officer, Senior Constable Robyn Murphy at Diamond Valley Library, Wednesday 4th October, 2-3pm. Light refreshments provided.
Vic Walk by Eltham and Environs Walking Group. Helen will talk about walks in local and country areas, morning walks and day trips at Eltham Library, Wednesday 4th October, 1.30-2.30pm.
